Allotments

The Parish Council is responsible for the management of the Glenholme Park allotment belt which is situated on Pasture Lane in Clayton.

There are currently 37 plots on the site, 17 full size plots and 20 half plots.

.The cost for a full plot is £45 plus £40 water, a half plot is £35 plus £30 water.

Invoices are sent out to plot holders in April each year for the year 1st April to 31st March. 

Concessionary reductions in charges apply to people over the age of 65 and those who are claiming unemployment, sickness or disability benefits. Students and those who run an allotment on behalf of a charity also benefit from concessionary rates.

The plots are let on a formal allotment agreement and are allocated on a waiting list system on which Clayton residents are given priority.

Applications for the waiting list should be made to the Parish Clerk, giving your name, address, telephone number and email address.
