On Thursday 18th May 2023 at Clayton Village Hall we have 2 meetings. The first meeting starts at 6pm. It is the Annual Parish meeting. This meeting is open to the electorate of Clayton only. The agenda can be found here. Following this at 7pm we have the Annual meeeting of the Parish Council. At this meeting we elect the chairman for the year alongside other business matters.
